Special Instructions

We are located at 21720 S Vermont Ave Torrance CA 90502 Ste 111. What you will need to know before your scan: DO NOT drink alcohol 24 hrs before testing, DO NOT wear tight stockings, jewlery, metal or keys in your pocket. If you have a pacemaker you will not be allowed to scan. No children under 8yrs old. Arrive 10 minutes before appointment.


Appointment Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide alternative care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our operation, but our other customers as well. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call Aztlan Herbal Remedies as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24hrs in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. How to Cancel Your Appointment If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 424-228-8646 between the hours of Monday - Friday 9am-5pm If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. 


Cancellation/Deposit Policy

  • Cancellations Made with 24+ Hours' Notice: Your deposit will be applied as store credit or used toward a rescheduled appointment.
  • Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows: Deposits are non-refundable and will not be credited. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your effort to communicate promptly.
