Suggested Use:
Irish Moss (Sea Moss) as a Drink: Take 1 tablespoon in the Morning, Noon, Evening. Mix it in smoothies, juice, soups, spring water or get creative with it.
Note: We suggest that your Seamoss Gel be refrigerated IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. The Irish Moss (Sea Moss) last about 3-4 weeks in the fridge and up to 3 months in the freezer. Instructions on how to properly stored it in the fridge is attached to each orders so please make sure to read and follow it.
Irish Moss (Sea Moss) for a skin soothing bath soak:
Toss about 10 grams of Irish Moss into your bath. Add a couple of drops of your favorite essential oil.
Irish Moss (Sea Moss) for Face Mask: clean and wash your face first then apply a small amount of the Irish Moss gel to your entire face. Let it sit for 15 minutes or until the face tightens and then rinse with water and apply moisturizer.
